Freedom Appraisals, LLC was founded in 2017 by Patrick Harvey as a means to provide appraisal services to the rural community in and around south Texas. At Freedom Appraisals, our mission is to provide accurate, timely, and integrity driven appraisal services to property owners, lenders, attorneys, taxing entities, and investors throughout Texas.

Currently, Freedom Appraisals provides services to areas to include all areas of Atascosa, Bandera, Bastrop, Bee, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, DeWitt, Frio, Gonzales, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Live Oak, Travis, and Wilson counties. With over 100 appraisals being conducted annually in these areas, our experience is second to none. 

At this time, Freedom Appraisals is not providing appraisal services in the City of San Antonio, or Bexar County.
