Appraiser Ethics

With the appraisal practice as our profession, ensuring we have the publics trust and confidence is our primary responsibility. The Ethics rule of the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) sets forth the requirements for integrity, impartiality, objectivity, independent judgement and ethical conduct. Here at Freedom Appraisals, we take these ethical responsibilities very seriously.

The pay structure here is based on  unique property characteristics, like location, property type, and comparable property distance. We are not percentage based, nor to we conduct appraisals where payment is on a contingency basis, this means that regardless if the value the is determined is satisfactory to the buyer, the seller or the lender, we are obligated to produce our opinion that is not predetermined and must be that of our own.
